By purchasing any HonourHer product, service, membership, coaching program, application fee, event ticket, digital resource, or educational offering, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be provided.

Coaching Application Fees

Certain HonourHer coaching and consulting opportunities require a paid application before scheduling a consultation or coaching call.

Application fees compensate HonourHer for application review, administrative processing, and reserved consultation time.

Payment of an application fee does not guarantee acceptance into any coaching, consulting, mentorship, or membership program.

All application fees are non-refundable.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Members may cancel future recurring payments at any time through their account settings or by contacting HonourHer. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle members to a refund for payments already processed.

Members will retain access through the remainder of their current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Missed Appointments & Coaching Calls

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled consultations, coaching sessions, and strategy calls.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, cancellation without sufficient notice, or failure to reschedule within the permitted timeframe does not qualify for a refund.

HonourHer reserves the right to determine whether a session may be rescheduled.

Digital Products & Educational Content

Due to the immediate delivery and accessibility of digital materials, all digital product purchases are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

Templates
Guides
Workbooks
Trainings
Recorded content
Online courses
Educational materials

Events, Workshops & Trainings

Registration fees for events, workshops, trainings, webinars, and masterclasses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific event.

If HonourHer cancels an event, participants may be offered a refund, credit, or transfer option at HonourHer's sole discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered if HonourHer determines that:

A duplicate payment was processed in error; or
A billing error occurred due to a technical issue directly caused by HonourHer.

Any approved refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at HonourHer's sole discretion.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from HonourHer, you agree to contact us first regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Submitting a chargeback for a valid purchase while retaining access to products, services, memberships, or program materials may result in immediate termination of access and potential collection efforts where permitted by law.

Policy Changes

HonourHer reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
